it’s troubling how the government thinks you could just shut a business down and then open it up weeks or months later. I think at least 30% of small businesses that are shut down are not going to reopen.

it’s game over for this economy and country. it’ll never be the same.

I agree my friend. same with people that have not received a check for weeks or months.......they will not rush out to buy or make purchases immediately. a vicious cycle. the $1000 or $1200 stimulus will do nothing. the health and economic risk are huge.

I remember the Vietnam war on TV everyday growing up, the gloom and doom of the impending Ice Age, the ozone being depleted, a couple recessions, global warming, Y2K, climate change and Trump. I also had croop as an infant and almost died, chicken poks, mono, severe asthma my entire life, became legally disabled in 2007. If this virus gets me oh fucking well. Oh wait, what if I have the virus and dispite my underlying health conditions didn't require any hospitalization and I am recovering fine. I guess that wouldn't fit the narrative some people are infected with.
