Did a 24hr fast yesterday, unintentionally up until the 18ish hour mark. Super busy and on the road with no good options at all. This is where
@Lizard King would have trouble more often than me. Super busy lives without a doubt make this difficult, at least difficult to maintain calories and mass and have the options available.
Woke up today, tried to gorge on breakfast but my stomach felt tight and saliva dried up quick and I just didn’t want to eat anymore. Went to the local grocery store and jumped on their scale and boom. 244lbs. Like I fucking pissed out 5 stubborn pounds in a day.
In a weird way, that kind of motivated me so I bought some really good bone broth and liver and celebrated with 48oz bone broth washing down 16oz liver. First time eating(drinking) a pound of liver in one sitting. I’m full, I’ll say that. Mostly because I drank 102g of protein with it from my 48oz bone broth.
Last week of var. Also nearly out of GH but going to re-up. Don’t think I’ll ever stop at this point. Gotta get some bloodwork this month just to see where I’m at. Super curious about that, but open minded about the results. I’ve already touched on that I think. What else…I squatted 405 for some sets of 5 the other day outta nowhere. Knees didn’t like it but back and legs (and ego) did. I’ll give some update pics the second I hit 239, guaranteed.
Note* : this weight is in shoes and clothes, so true bw is somewhere around 240 already
