Carnivore Challenge

Well, I don’t think intermittent fasting works out as well for guys 250+ as it does for lighter guys on carnivore. I just can’t seem to get enough calories in the window. Going back to morning meal and evening meal.

Still going strong. 2 things I want to mention…

#1 - my face has been the most dramatic recomp so far. I wish y’all could see and appreciate the difference between normal me with normal face and carnivore me with lean face and whiter whites of my eyes and tight skin and younger youthful glow…sounds too good to be true or silly or whatever but it’s true.

#2 - my skin all over is tighter and healthier looking. Legit, like even my dick looks better. Lol. I’d recommend trying carnivore just for 3 weeks JUST to see the difference in your dickskin…but for real.

Third thing :

I don’t want drag anyone down, but I will 100% say that you cannot eat 2x your TDEE and still lose weight on this or any diet.

And it’s hard to hit 5500 calories every day with this diet too. And I can fucking eat.

Just want some realism when it comes to calories/weight gain/weight loss. I have read about the ability to handle SOME excess calories while on carnivore, but there is a definite limit to that.

SAD what are the meats on this first pic and also type of steak in the second pic?

The first pic is a prime rib, pork, and fish terrine. Never had a terrine before but it basically has the consistency of dried out meatloaf.

The steak is a thin cut prime ribeye cooked in butter.

Sooooooo, I cheated hard last night and just got done punishing myself at the gym. Pictures above are from 10min ago.

Last night was sushi, Reese’s Sticks and 2 pints of ice cream (Ben and Jerry’s Gimme S’more and Dirt Cake).

Stomach was wrecked this morning. Sleep was shit. But the gym pump was AWESOME. Lol.

Back on track today and hard. Body weight at 251.
