Just did the battle workout.

Made it through 16 and onto 30 cleans (90 reps total in 7 min). I wasn't going fast enough...
Definitely didn't put my all into as I wasn't even tired when I was done lol. Usually I fall
to the ground if I put in the effort required for a good score. Oh well. It's for a good cause.

Today's workout is dragon but I think I'm going to modify it. Want to put on some size for the winter games.

I would love to do that if I were trying to cut down some weight and build endurance but my endurance is pretty good. Think I'll ljust deadlift triples and do overhead presses
then run 2 miles.

Damn brother you are cut the f*** up!!! What is your poundage for triple dl's and ohp (are these triples also?)

Thanks bro. For DL's probably hit 455. For the OHP (standing) I'm thinking 155 for a triple as well.
Did 185 push press for 3 pretty easily the other day.

Going to try the battle series 7 min amrap again.

Then after that I'm not sure...I'll feel it out.
