Tried doing split squat with 95 on each leg x 2 Damn near fell over. Left gym 1x1
That what I thought, 190 felt better than 185, I actually felt like I had some extra oomph to call on to get it going. I didnt think 185 was coming back up. Later on in the workout though, I was feeling like my triceps were coming back to life. Might ne getting a taste of strength back200 is in range...300 around the corner! Keep pushing!
