Bw squats supersetted with abs until cant take any more. 15 seconds or less rest in between sets. No rest at all during squat sets unless failing, so as fast as you can knock this out. Originally I was planning going until 15 but. I gassed HARD.
20 ss abs immediately into
19 ss and 10 seconds or less rest

Probably under 10 min workout cant walk quite right at the moment. Im gonna revisit this in the future and try to atleast hit 15 or 10 if possible. Its a grueling nasty motherfucker. Hell of a pump though.
