Try playing the national anthem while you kneel on it...seems to make some people feel better, lol.

I tell ya, that sum bitch is super fucked up. Crazy part is if I squat it'll feel good for a day. Then after that it gets worse, or just as bad anyways.

On 210 the very last rep I was scared of missing I stopped an inch or so above my chest. All went up easy.

Not sure if I should keep pushing next workout or back off.

Felt okay today

Nothing noteworthy highlights of past few days:
175x7 bent over barbell rows.
225x1 sqwaat
165x3 gms

Rest of the last two workouts were uneventful... I know its bitch weight, but I am easing back up.
All lifts felt easy.

185x10 flat bench

225x 2 floor press
175x6 cg fp

115 x 8 ohp

Finished with funny bar cg press 2x 35 x failure
