    Getting better...
    Bench 185x7 205x7 210x7 all ez band work helped
    Floor press 225x3
    Bent over Barbell rows much better form 230x4 or 5 cant remember. Its coming along.

    Deadslifts 225x3 alot, finiahed 275x5

    Gms 185x 3, 205x fail

    250x2 failed miserably on 3rd rep
    195x some cant remember

    Standing military
    135x8 with a little cheetin
    115x12 minor cheetafe toward end
    95x20

    Dumbbell lockouts i think it was 50's on incline bench slight incline anyways
    50'sx12

    All together I wish i had a spotter for the bench I had alot more left after the actual bench work. I blew it out on the floor press because its easier to get unfucked if I fail on FP

    315 5x2 deads all easy, double overhand
    Strength is crawling back up but fuck i need to eat more to continue gains.
