I'd just like to take a moment to thank SHINE for being a great member of the community and for helping me through a difficult time.

Squat Day:
Box squats:
145x5
235x5 full squat
235x4 above parallel box
325x3
415x3
465x3 All these were super light

Full squat:
325x7 easy reps stopped due to a minor back twinge I've had this for a long time didn't want to agitate it.

Deadlifts:
225x **** thats heavy
275x **** it I'm going home.

Good work on the new bench PR, you are crushing it.

Enjoying reading through your training, makes me hungry to hit the gym and try to emulate you... without killing myself in the process lol.

That means a lot to me. Thank you for the compliment something like that always means a tremendous amount to me coming from another powerlifter.

Nice looking presses man.

I like floor presses, I think they are fun.

Man I love floor pressing too, good work there. Strong stuff as always, especially with your huge pause on the 3rd rep. Easy weight.

Floor press is probably the one excersise that I have gotten to biggest bench press carry over from. If you can pause a weight and smoke it I've noticed you'll be able to do roughly 10-15 % more on a bench press.
