I will never do them again. **** a box everytime I train a box I end up injured. When I full squat I feel fine. I just don't care to do it ever again.

Bitch press day:

Didn't have it:
315x8 no lift off couldn't find a groove hit the pins 3 times during the set.
345x3
275x12

Floor press w/ 60 pounds chain:
225x10 got pissed and bounced.

Squats w/60 pounds of chain:
bar x 10
145 x 10
235 x 5
285 x 4
325 x 2

Good mornings:
Close stance
bar x 5
145 x 3

Wide stance:
bar x 5
145 x 5

Great squat day the 325 against chains was a big PR never been able to hit that weight with chains attached before felt great.

Nice! Does varying the stance on the Good Mornings hit certain muscles more/less/differently? My Good Mornings typically are shoulder width apart.

Close stance for me is more like a reverse hyper, wide stance is moreso for hamstrings I get some glute activation in both stances.

135 for a double didn't feel it and bounced.

Thanks everybody. I'm getting ready to hit a deload week. I won't be training 100% again for about a week.

Deloads suck but they're important to let the body recover and adapt.

I'm just coming off one now, thank god haha. Hope you have had a good week SM?
