Those are some thought supersets. They blow the quads up!! Makes it hard to squat though. Good work bro

Awesome work man.

I took gymnastics when I was a kid and felt out of place. But now I realize just how impressive gymnasts are. I would love to take some gymnastic classes. Theyre incredible athletes.

No worries about the weight man, how is the pec feeling? Any pain at all during your lifts? Hope you recover completely, quickly.

It feels good I felt pain while I was coming down on the 10th rep of 185 but other than that no I've been good I try to focus on going slow and squeezing.

That's good to hear man. You'll be tossing weight around in no time. It's good that you're taking it slow and not jumping the gun. You'll thank yourself later. Even being young, this life's all about longevity.

Great workout!!! I have to use baby weight for my chest as I'm slowly coming back from a second pec tear.
