Damn dude. You won the genetic lottery. Put on 20lbs and go walk-on at a D1 college and play linebacker. That's what I would do if I was 19 with your frame.

I played football my whole life up until my junior year of high school and was at that school specifically for football and after that shot went down hill I was actually 268 at one point until I tore my pec

Wrestled for 8 years
Played football for about 11 years
Got involved in boxing when I was 5
Mma here and there (not really a fan)
I actually did ballet and gymnastics for 5 years to help with sports.
But right now I actually like to train Brazilian Jiu-jitsu because I'm not into the whole getting punched in the face thing loll but gotta cut that out for gainzzzz. Lol

And random sports here and there like basketball and lacrosse but never really enjoyed alot of sports especially team sports. The best qb in the world can't carry the entire team to a super bowl but the best wrestler in the world will smash his way to an Olympic gold. Individual sports ya got no one to blame but yourself

I did legs yesterday morning sorry for not posting I had an insane 12 hour shift immediately following legs (I work on my feet) so yeah I can't even feel my legs lol can't wait for the onset muscle soreness that's sure to follow.

Legs

Superset:
Squats: leg extensions:
225x12. 90x20
225x10 , 90x20
275x6. 115X15
135X25. 90x25

Leg press: (I just count plates on one side not total plates or weight i.e. 1 plate means 2 plus the 104lb sled)

7x20
9x12
10x12
12x10

DB stiff leg deadlifts:
70x12
80x12
90x12
100x12

Ham curls:
110x15x3

Seated calf raises:
70x12x5 (I superset these with no weight standing calf raises for 20 more reps)
