I'm back guys. I needed to put my head down and kill it in the gym so I could be on the same level as some of the beast here!!
So basically at the moment I am now 268-271 floating around planning to get up to 285-290 before ending bulk.

Oh and I'm eating literally everything.. no calorie is safe anymore....

That's a shit load of volume for chest. 33 sets for one muscle? I admit I jumped a page and didn't look much at the other workouts, but this caught my eye.

11% is pretty lean too. How did you have that checked?

There's this chamber at a university around my way you can pay to use and it gives you all your body composition stats. But I've changed it up recently I have two chest days one being similar to this format and a chest bicep and shoulder day but right now I'm 268 and my bodyfats probably around 14-15% now but I've gotten way stronger lol
