Hey guys let me thank you in advance for opening my log and checking it out.
The reason I decided to start a log is I've recently become unmotivated in the gym due to a pec injury and some life problems but since joining this site all I can think about is going in the gym and smashing every single rep. So to start out here are my stats

Age-19
Height- 6'4
Weight- 233lbs
Bf- 13 last time I checked but probably closer To 11 now

I've always went for more PL oriented training but this log will be BB oriented and a year long bulk. So here we go....

What's up with the title of your log? Why another wanna be? Either way, welcome to the log section. You're a good sized dude. Might be tough for you to pack on muscle being the height you are, but it's possible. You can definitely be a monster. Take advantage of all of the knowledgeable and experienced members here that can help you along your journey.

Welcome to the logs! Don't let the injury scare you, i had my back fused and less then 2yrs layer I did my first meet. Train smart and crush some sh**!

I'll feel like a wanna be because I grew up around freaks (my dad- 6'5 335 his training partner us 6'4 305) they were the first people I ever saw and that's been my standard for as long as I can remember and that's why I set outrageous goals for myself sometimes.

It messed me up for a while but I've gotten my bench back up to 285 (was 365 tho) but when I first came off I couldn't move 135 off my chest and I wanted to cry lolll!!!

I had my shoulder done 2 months ago, I tried to bench the bar a few wks ago and actually did cry! You are blessed with size already. Train smart and you will grow!

Did arms today only had 45 minutes and I ran into that guy who just wants to talk at the beginning so that didn't help but

Ran out of time and had to cut everything short but I gotta decent pump in because there was virtually no rest at all
