On the plus side, with all the crap that's been going on in my life I really got back into my guitar playing. Bought a couple of guitars to go with my #1 guitar, an extremely well worn in 1991 Fender Strat!

Also upgraded my amps, so I now have a gorgeous 1993 Fender Blues DeVille tweed combo as well as a few amazing Marshall & Soldano heads. Music is a great outlet for me when I'm stressed out :mad:

Long day at work today, I'm here until 9pm but a good steady food intake. Slowly upping the calories as there's some serious muscle I need to gain back, almost painful to look at recent photos of myself but on the flipside that will make the weight/muscle gain & strength all the more satisfying.

Have been trying to hit 2,500cals/day for this week, will up that closer to 3,000 next week. It's became glaringly obvious that I'm falling short on protein so I need to nudge that up and bring the carbs back a shade. Couldn't care less about the fats as they're all from good sources anyhow, and I top them off with a good quality Omega 3 (EPA, DHA & D3).

Craving a good hot curry, so might treat myself on the way home.

Thanks BI. Feeling like I am slowly getting back on track again. Still need to work on eating more, I guess even chucking in a regular shake plus the stuff I like to throw into it will help bring the calories up a bit; yesterday I hit 2,150cals which felt fine but I realise I need more to gain back what has been lost.

Trained back last night, heading in shortly to train bi's and some leg work. Will write up the sessions later today.

Diet's been pretty good, finding it hard to hit what I'm meant to be hitting (currently around 2,500cals/day) so might have to throw a shake into the mix. Last few days lunches & dinners looked like this...
