Long day at work today, I'm here until 9pm but a good steady food intake. Slowly upping the calories as there's some serious muscle I need to gain back, almost painful to look at recent photos of myself but on the flipside that will make the weight/muscle gain & strength all the more satisfying.
Have been trying to hit 2,500cals/day for this week, will up that closer to 3,000 next week. It's became glaringly obvious that I'm falling short on protein so I need to nudge that up and bring the carbs back a shade. Couldn't care less about the fats as they're all from good sources anyhow, and I top them off with a good quality Omega 3 (EPA, DHA & D3).
Craving a good hot curry, so might treat myself on the way home.
