Today was a off day so I did some biking. got 12 mile fasted ride in first thing this mornin and another 3mile this evening.
I was ridiculouslying hungry last night and all day. I was up 4x last night for food or shake and I had to buy a meal at work on top of the 3 i pack everyday.

Just curious, what type of eating plan do you implement?

I will post up. I am very aware of everything that goes in n i eat fairly clean. I do still have a crazy metabolism and low blood sugar sometimes. Some of the crap is for sugar, sum just cuz I felt like it, haha. After the ride today was
2pc marble rye toast
6 whole eggs
16oz GA
1 package mini donuts (just cuz)
Baked potato n boneless pork chop
Protein granola bar n 1 Greek yogurt
Boneless chop, baked potato, ear of corn
3oz sliced turkey, slice of swiss, 2 pc whole wheat bread
Chicken leg n thigh,1c corn,2 hard rolls
25oz bud Weiser
And a meal before bed, prolly the same as last chicken meal

I have issues with hypoglycemia as well. I know sugar helps, however, I found the less I eat, the better off I am. Eating sugars to get your blood sugars back up can cause a vicious cycle. Be sure to eat a little sugar, but also get in some complex carbs, and get some protein ASAP too. Protein really help stabilize blood sugars.

Thanks shortz, been dealing with it for 20yrs, some days there is just no reason I've learned

12 mile fasted ride this morning and 3 mile cool down after lifting.

Food was....
5eggs, 2pop tarts, 4pb on cheese crackers, 16oz g2
Dz sweet cherries, Greek yogurt, diet mt.dew
8oz pork loin, 1/2 potato
2oz meatball, can white tuna, tbsp lite mayo, 2pc wheat bread.
Pack of skittles!
Chicken thigh, hard roll, 1c corn.
2tbsp p.b., mhp pre w/o
20g shake, 8oz pork loin,1/2 potato,12oz 2% milk
20g casein shake shortly now before bed, beek snakin on a few pretzels too. I would add in a tbsp of butter and one of olive oil also.

Protein bar, vitamin water, Greek yogurt
Another poptart! (Sugar went to s**t while mowing)
1/2lb turkey taco, chicken alfredo, broccoli
4 more egas n 2 pc rye before bed

Thanks! This is a small window of the last 9yrs. I'm very glad I picked up a program and started a log. I feel sooooo much betr walking into the gym with a strict plan in mind. TID support is great, I live alone n train alone (now) so the feedback is neded!

F*kd up day today, biked 12 mile to work only to turn around couple hrs later n head home due to septic tank backing up. I get home just in time to digout he cap for the honey dipper, nice. Oh, my ex drops off my kid while in the middle of this. I got bout hr nap in n hit dl's in the basement. My kids friend n mom were comin for play time n dinner in a hr so I only got my core lifts in, no accessories.

Food

4 eggs, 2oz sharp NY cheddar, 1c lemonade, 1c water
1/2lb turkey, 1.5c alfredo, 3squares dark chocolate
Handful of fresh green beans n sweet peas
Poptart, 32oz lemonade, Greek yogurt (after 2nd ride)
2 eggs, 1 slice rye bread, n a popsicle
Greek yogurt
1/3lb bacon cheeseburger, white roll, n whole wheat pasta salad with pepper, carrot n tomato from garden
4 genny's while cooking n with dinner
1 scoop chocolate ice cream (mmmmmmmm!)
3 more eggs n 2 pc toast before bed still.
I would add in 1tsp butter, 2tbsp sugar, n 1 tbsp cream for the day.
I'm only counting juices n sodas as drinks. I usually have 4c coffee n min 4qt water daily. I do count all add ins thou

Looking good brother!!!! Something is better than nothing. At least you made time for something. I think it's cool you ride your bike to work. I wouldn't dream about that where I live.... may get ran over.
