I'm surrounded by commercial gyms every which way. I absolutely refuse to go to Gold's except to hang out because I absolutely cannot concentrate in there. There are a couple of hardcore gyms around, but eventually I found that with my schedule the best solution for me was to round out my home...
You should do them first. It's an all or nothing power movement and the last thing you want is to pre-exhaust anything. Some powerlifters dedicate a day to deads only.
My ex-wife used to inject a low dose of test (don't remember the ester) weekly @50mg. Very 'nymphonic' and made a certain part of her anatomy swell up, and extra sensitive.
