Was out of the gym for a week. Rested up, lets some nagging joints heal up so that I can take full advantage of the gear coming up :)

Pre-Workout 1 Scoop Isopure, 2 Scoops Vitargo

Legs

Back Squat (Hams to calves baby!)
2 Warm Ups at 135

225 x 12
275 x 10

Front Squat superset to Standing Leg Curl

Hack Squat (machine)

started getting :-& at that point... Didn't hit hams at all hardly, but I'll make sure I make up for that on back day when I deadlift :)

Post-Workout - 2 Scoops Vitargo, 2 Scoops (32carbs) Kool-Aid

40 Minutes after PW Carbs has 2 Scoops Isopure.

Its now a few hours later and the pump is just going away. Sore already which is a first. I'm never sore until the next day. Maybe its MAYO and SaD's carb fest thing, who knows!

imo, the volume looks fine bro, didnt read any farther, but dont forget calves!

i personally never stretch cold muscle but i love the DC "extreme stretching" immediately after pounding the shit outta a muscle group. i know we have discussed this before so i'll leave it at that

Dc stretching is awesome. I made some great gains from dc training years ago. The shoulder one is probably the roughest.

Like hisangriness said, do stretch a warm muscle, warm up before stretching to make progress. Good amount of poundages on those leg presses bro , carry on

I usually hit stretches after I've beated the crap out of something. My most recent back day involved stretching after the lifts.

Got back on the legs today... Needed to blast the quads and then get my shoulder day in too... Was feeling great, and did some good work

10 mins on stationary cycle

Extensions

Front Squats

135 x 19 (thats quite a pump I had going on here)

My shoulders were friggin SWOLE after that pressing... Kept rests short and intensity high... Pushing straight to failure... Felt fantastic. Still need to work on developing that MMC with the shoulder muscles...

Also should add I have been pinning 100mcg ipamorelin, 100mcg cjc 1295 w/out dac at morning, post workout and prior to bed. Haven't noticed some astounding difference in anything which is to be expected. I will be curious to see the long term benefits of this.

Great work POB, I'm very interested in hearing about the Ipam and cjc 1295 w/out dac I'm going to be doing the same with the addition of Ghrp-2. I'll keep you up on how it goes for me as well! Keep killing it bro!!!

The front squats look good bro. Glad to see you get back in and hammer them. How far along are you in your new cycle?

Btw, how long do you stretch?

It's blasphemous around here but my dealings with them have been great and somewhat frequent and all the products performed, quick delivery etc. PP...
