You deficit pulled 600?????!?!!!!!!?!?

Dude, that's huge!
It flew up man. After 585, I felt cock strong. So I said "wtf?" I think I had another 5-10lbs in me even. Very happy with that.

Thanks GA. I love deficits. Quite a few guys never pull from the floor, they only use deficits. Makes it seem like a breeze come meet day.

Love em. It's got a great carryover to your raw bench, as it forces you to stay tight at the bottom of the movement. I use them often as a supplemental lift.
