Love em. It's got a great carryover to your raw bench, as it forces you to stay tight at the bottom of the movement. I use them often as a supplemental lift.

Word - you sold me.

I've been training regularly, just haven't made time to update lately. Apologies.

Threw straps on after 585, i could feel my calluses tearing.. figured I better not do that haha.

Felt damn good tonight.. actually skipped dynamic effort squat and deads this week on account of some lower back pain.. first time I've skipped a session in years. I feel as if it didn't set me back any though. Rack Pulls seem to be tough on my grip.. not sure why, but my grip feels much more stable off the floor. Overall, I'm happy with tonight's session.

Those weighted chins are no joke! Snuck them in there amongst a bunch of other craziness. Good shit! Glad to hear you're still smashing plates.

Thanks guys. My back is feeling em today for certain. But it was well worth it. Max effort bench tomorrow!
