Felt damn good tonight.. actually skipped dynamic effort squat and deads this week on account of some lower back pain.. first time I've skipped a session in years. I feel as if it didn't set me back any though. Rack Pulls seem to be tough on my grip.. not sure why, but my grip feels much more stable off the floor. Overall, I'm happy with tonight's session.
