And if you tax your body the way you should, you'll never squat two days in a row IMO.

I am exhausted from catching up on your log. I won't do that two days in a row!

The human body is an incredible machine and one can develop a high work capacity. Olympic lifters squat 4x a week or more, often twice a day. Now I am in no way comparing myself to an elite athlete. They train as an occupation. They also are not subjected to the same physical or mental stress that I am. I do not have the work capacity that I did 10 or 15 years ago, but I would dare to say that it is still above average simply because I train it.

When I talk about daily squatting, I don't mean a full workout. I am thinking more like a 3x3 or 321, sub maximal weight maybe 50percent. Just to grease the groove. Hell classic 5x5 training has you squatting three times a week.

I think I will buy a safety squat bar instead.

Safety squat bars are great.

I use them for extensions on the roman chair, good mornings and box squats. They're great for boxes.
