Ive got so much noise in my head I dont ever have any thing on. I'll have it on upstairs while im sucking down the preworkout coffee but once im down here its just the ghosts screaming through the canyons of my mind.

Goal for this year is WR for my age n weight so i gota pull 625 at least to beat it by 5 , thats why im over loading and trying to push up to 750 or 8 eventually.

Today was a bitch , no other way to put it , not much energy , focus was there but just never felt like anything got popping. Some ok numbers lookin back nothing special just felt like goin through the motions today. One of those days ya feel like you can take a nap between sets.

Deads to 1rm - all plates today - felt like I was trying to pull the plug out of the ocean , just felt heavy today even warm ups and not much speed on the bar. EBx10 135x3 225x3 315x3 365x3 405x2 455x1 475x1 495x1 505x1 - not real happy with these wanted to be up around 550 to finish out.

Today was a good one , focus , drive , intensity was up. Every thing clicked well. Stayed more dynamic for the accessories as well today , kept the bands or chains on for most of the day , good shit all around.

Today was a good one fast n popping. Everything had good speed to it , moved well. Added back in some RDL cus its been a dogs age since ive done them. Hips are tired tonight now that im done for sure , lower end of the erectors n that whole section of the posterior chain wants a nap. Damn good work

Today went well , good focus , good energy , didn't quite hit the high end numbers I was lookin for but it did go well. Some days are diamonds some are stones ... all in all got in some solid work and if nothing else a pump like nothing else , feel like an over inflated tire.

Heads a bit fuzzy now that the work outs done and i'm just sitting around ,, having a hard time focusing on what im doing for more than a few minutes a bit shakey see how it goes.

Changed up and ran a few things 5x5 today just for shits n giggles , break up the pattern a bit.
