Today went well , good focus , good energy , didn't quite hit the high end numbers I was lookin for but it did go well. Some days are diamonds some are stones ... all in all got in some solid work and if nothing else a pump like nothing else , feel like an over inflated tire.
Heads a bit fuzzy now that the work outs done and i'm just sitting around ,, having a hard time focusing on what im doing for more than a few minutes a bit shakey see how it goes.
