Super strict: zero calories including coffee
Strict : coffee and electrolyte water only
Just for calorie reduction : coffee, e-water, low cal anything
I’m pretending to fast : just tell people you’re fasting, but don’t tell them you had milk in your coffee, a banana from the gas station, and a quick donut when you first got to work.
There’s a couple of levels more strict then that but they border on/or are pretty crazy/insane.
But I can’t really judge because I’ve used clenbuterol & trenbolone in the past & I’m considering DNP lol
Hardcore dry fasting is absolutely no water touching your body. You can’t shower or brush your teeth. Ideally alone in nature, preferably near a natural body of water without electronics or books.
The idea is that your body will be forced to adapt & become uber resourceful, since you’re not drinking water your body will make metabolic water from stored fat & inefficient cells.
There’s also the belief that your body adapts & is able to absorb the moisture in the air so you want to be in a natural environment away from contaminants.
Books, Music, electronics & people all affect dopamine/oxytocin in the body.
& then there’s dry fasting plus urine therapy. You do all of the above + you either drink your own pee &/or apply it on your body.
There’s people out there that say they’ve cured “incurable” diseases doing so.
Thankfully I don’t have a incurable disease so I won’t be drinking my pee anytime soon but hell if I did I’d consider it.
I’ve done a soft dry fast before & would like to work myself up to doing a hardcore one minus the pee & probably do it on a yearly basis.
