Realy just a multi-vit , inject of b-12 every now and then, and a protein sup to make of for my half assed diet lately.

My cabinet is kinda bare right now, funds have been low.

Vit C 1000 mg, help with collagen formation, and immune function.
Multi Vitamin all around nutrition and immune function.
Extra b-12 for nervous system function
Fish Oil for cardio health, BP, insulin sensitivity and anti-inflammation
Bromelaine proteolytic enzyme for digestion of protein and anti-inflammation
Whey Protein Powder Optimum
Gainer (Cyto Gainer)
Probiotic lower digestion, immune function.
Glutamine Immune function and anti-catabolic
BCAA- anti-catabolic anabolic assist with fat loss (l-leucine) intra workout
Creatine-recovery
Glucosamine MSM-joint health

If I had more money:
Hawthorne Berry -blood pressure
Coq10-Blood pressure heart health
r-ALA -insulin sensitivity and anti-oxidant-helps with liver
Milk Thistle- liver detox
NAC-chief anti oxidant and liver function
Cissus -Joint health
Boswellia-helps with anti-inflammation and protein absorbtion
DHEA-neccesary for all hormone production and helps with adrenal fatigue
L-Tyronsine-helps with mental/adrenal fatigue
CLA- helps with fat loss weak nutrient partitioning
L-carnitine-helps with fat mobilization
ZMA- helps with enzyme production and healing of tissues, blood oxyegenation, relaxation
GABA- helps with sleep and a small bit with GH release.

Im sure I could think of others I want, but that covers most of what I would get and I take currently.

i will be honest i do take most of what u mentioned maybe like 4 i dont.... not old enough where i need anything for the joints.... and the CLA i dont use....

For me CLA is a bit cost prohibitive but if I had the extra loot I would have it in the cabinet.

I only take a few right now...

Beta Alanine and Creatine - Improve my strength and endurance
Whey isolates (Isopure) - It is more pure and has less fat but it is more expensive
Multivitamins - Basic nutrients
Fish Oil - Lowers cholesterol and BP
Muscle Marinade - pre workout

Whey protein, creatine, pre WO, multi vitamin, and fish oil. I occasionally try new supps but these are my basics.
