Reverse curls
Overhead tricep exts
Goodmornings

Barbell front raises
Squats
Lunges
Lots of push ups
Pull ups
Using plates for concentration curls and diff raises for shoulders
Anything else you guys can think of? I’m lifting for bodybuilding purposes mainly
