Ok guys will finally be starting first cycle very soon, and one last question. I will be running adex as my AI. When do I begin taking it? Do I take it immediately with the first pin or do I wait 5 or 7 or 10 days or more, or do I not take it at all unless i see symptoms of gyno... thanks.

I'm pretty sure I got the dose right .5mg eod, I just dont know when i should begin taking it

Planned Cycle
wk 1-12 250mg test E 2x wk.
wk 1-6 50mg tbol ed
10 days after last pin i will begin running nolva 40/40/20/20 and liquid clomi 70/70/35/35

I would just take it if bloating was out of control or my nips were itchy or I was acting like a bitch.

Agree with POB I have trouble with it sometimes but I wait until I have symptoms. You can get rid of them pretty quick

You only take AI's IF NEEDED!!! Dont take them if you dont need to. Suppressing estrogen too much is a bad thing, you do need some to make gains.

To be honest I dont even think you will need a AI on that cycle from the dosages you stated. Tbol is not gonna cause you problems in most cases, however everyones body is different. I have ran Tbol at 100mg ed and had no bloat or itchy, puffy nips etc. Good luck on your cycle and hit it hard!

Cycle looks like a good basic cycle which should produce great results if your diet and training are tight which is ALWAYS the determining factor as to whether or not a cycle is one of value or a dud.

Adex is used for bloat control but you may not even need it.Have it on hand in case you should but only start it if sides get out of and.Nolva is always another compound to have on hand just in case gnyo does appear. As I stated, this is a pretty mild cycle so unless you're prone to gyno anyway even without AAS use,you should be ok,but you never know.

Good luck with it brother.Keep us posted with your progress and if you have any other questions.

Check this out bro.Should give you some better insight into cycling....

Adex is for a lot more than simple bloat control.

Absolutely but thats why most bbers are taking it during a cycle.Estrogen control, which if unchecked, can lead to holding too much water.

This is my point, estrogen does A LOT more than just lead to water retention. Think libido, gyno, prostate, bone health, etc.

You're absolutely right. Its just that adex is more utilized with the bloating in mind and not the other factors that if let to get too out of control, can result in.The libido, gyno etc concerns are usually dealt with via other compounds,Nolva,Letro,Viagra, etc.and through diet in regards to prostate, bone health, etc.

But I do completely agree about controlling ones estrogen levels during a cycle being a critical aspect of cycling that many more need to think about.

Nolva would be better to treat gyno but adex may prevent it from getting that far to begin with. Letro does the same thing as adex, which one you choose is a personal choice. Viagra has negligible impact on libido. Im not talking about erections, I'm talking about the desire to have sex, which estrogen certainly affects. Estradiol is also needed in certain amounts for bone health. Nothing diet wise will make a difference if your estradiol is out if whack. Same goes to prostate health. There are things you can do to keep your prostate healthy but no dietary intervention will outweigh elevated estradiol's impact on your PSA.

Im not disagreeing with you on any of those issues, only the thought processes and practices of many, including im sure the OP for his desire to run it.You understand what im saying? Thats my only point to this.WHY someone chooses to run adex, not about everything that adex can help control.

As for me personally,I believe all factors determining my health, good and bad and take as little meds/drugs as possible and instead focus on natural remedies/treatments first.Diet will play such a major role in controlling all of the things you've described but far too many think of it like this.More just too readily run to meds when ive seen many many times, all someone needed to do was fine tune their diet, adding in more healthy nutrients and vitamins that naturally correct their ails.
