That meal plan has a lot more then 400 carbs and 290 protein
From what I count it's 380 protein (animal sources) 590 starch 15 fibre fat I didn't bother let's say 100 since you were off on the other macros ... This is 4840 calories not counting additional cals like protein in rice and potatoes and oats which is another 250/300 calories putting you over 5000 calories a day .

That was going into my last show not the 3800 im currently at. I took some time off so im reintroducing food back into my diet on a weekly basis. If i tried to go full boar into that id just keel over and die lol. i honestly never broke it down in numbers but my metabolism was on fire as that was 3.5 wks out of a show. Just goes to show you dont have to starve yourself to diet. Im a big fan of eating your way into a show. No reason to lose size when you dont have to. its alot harder to do this but at the end of the day being big and shredded is what most BB goals are anyway.
