Try to lose my excess fat; I would like to lose at least 20lbs. Also, to get my training in gear. I keep seeing you guys wreck the weights, and I'm inspired to do the same.

A 450kg/1000lb raw (no wraps/sleeves) total in the 56kg/123lb weight class. I just turned 39, so 2016 is my last year as a submaster, and I want to do it before my birthday in December '16.

625/380/650 at 220 at my next meet in April. Could be my last meet, who knows. It's going to be interesting running a peak and doing what needs to be done outside the gym to get ready for a meet with 3 kids. If it goes well, I'll keep competing. If it's a disaster and I can't give my full 100% during prep, it might be my last meet for awhile. Not that I'd ever stop PLing, but I might not be competing again until #3 gets a little older.

And to get the home lifting dungeon I've been gathering stuff for up and running by spring/summer.

I want at least a 1400 Total and I want a 600 DL to be within grasp.

Want the APA 181 open State records and I plan on doing a Meet in the 198 Sub-Masters as well.

To actually get some lifting done would be cool lol

Finishing my undergrad in april and don't start the masters at GW until January.

Thinking since I lift so inconsistently I might actually drop to the 220 class and compete there next October. That way I don't wreck UHC's records and leave him in second place; )

Another year has come and gone, with a new one right around the corner. What are your workout/lifting/fitness goals for 2016? A new PR on bench, squats, DL's? Gain muscle? Lose weight? Compete in a BBing show or PL meet? Let's hear them.

One of mine is to complete a program put together by PoB and set some new PR's on the three main movements (bench, squat, DL)
475 bench press at uspla meet
