What are your lifting goals for 2016

Another year has come and gone, with a new one right around the corner. What are your workout/lifting/fitness goals for 2016? A new PR on bench, squats, DL's? Gain muscle? Lose weight? Compete in a BBing show or PL meet? Let's hear them.

One of mine is to complete a program put together by PoB and set some new PR's on the three main movements (bench, squat, DL)

Mine is to be more consistent. PL meets will be an afterthought for a while - just gotta get in better shape and keep pushing.
The training will stay the same though - strength and more strength!

To get back to consistent training schedule. Getting past the holidays and my sons hockey season getting close to ending should help that.

I'm starting a new program in January.

I want everything bigger

Squat

Deadlift

Bench

Planning on doing a meet.

Getting my pec back to being able to press heavy.

Just being the biggest bad ass mfer around.

And being here sharing the fun of that and supporting you all as you work your asses off to achieve your goals

That's what I want!!!

To be stronger than I was in 2015 and help whomever I can get stronger along the way.

Short term
Hit 1950+ @242 in sleeves at LA Fit expo
Hit 2000+ @275 in wraps at our local meet in Feb

Long term
Hit a 700+lb squat in sleeves by the end of the year.
