580 squat, 400 bench, 625 deadlift (1605 total) at my next PL meet, lose 10 to 15 lbs bodyfat while keeping the muscle, win a few strongman competitions. If all goes well, compete at a national strongman competition by the end of the year.
Goals are to eat a lot MORE.... get my weight back up and push my lifting. Get my pulls back to where they used to be... take my squat to the next level... and get break 405 again in bench.
Have many other goals that are not lifting related...
