My goals are simple. To finally put roots down in a gym that doesn't use me or bring about drama that affects my life. Once that happens, I'll easily hit my lifting goals. Thankfully, I've found a gym that has what I need and is all about business so it should be drama free.

Fury, you should put a goal to thank at least one person for their useful info within a post ;)

some details have been worked out and i've made a commitment to competing again...lenyn nunez is my prep coach...he bugged me for months trying to convince me to let him prep me and to compete again and his style i agree with and himself always comes in on point for his shows, so i'm excited, but nervous at same time...plans for me are 2013 bulk and bring up a few key areas and then 2014 i'll be 40 so doing a qualifier and then masters nationals but he wants me to be at top of lightheavy's...so looks like another 20-25lbs in 2013...big change from my last competition in 2000 as a bantamweight lol

At 48, 215 lbs #1 Goal is to remain injury free, healthy and get bf down to at least 10 - 11% in 2013. At my age injuries ruin the year, 2012 was filled with shitty back and shoulder injuries as well getting sick from my gym. Which brings up Goal #2 -Build my home Gym and stay germ free. Starting up again end of January:cool:

After winning two National Qualfiers this past year, my goal is to do the Jr. Nationals in Chicago in 2013. I will need to add some mass on my legs and lats, so I will focus on those areas in particular for the next 6 months. But main thing is to stay injury free. At 51 its getting harder and takes longer to heal, so time to train heavy but smart.
