I will chime in though I'm not really sure what the end of 2013 looks like fitness wise ..
Id like to drop to 15% , and am working on that now ..
Though think it'll take me quite a few months from now
I'm chasing a 200lb deadlift and would like to see closer to 250 and more by the end of this year (not 1rm but working sets)
Biggest goal this year is to not let life take my health away from me through the year , keep getting stronger , get lean and maintain it , and I would like to be able to do a contest prep an find a stage to stand on ... However this is the one life seems to ding the most
