Right shoulder is fucked. Left is not much better.

I haven't benched in months.

Best I've done in last few years is 305 and it was sloppy.

would be happy as hell to get a 315 bench but I don't see that happening...

I just started doing deads not long ago. And my form was just shit absolute shit and still pulling high 400s. Had one of the power lifters at our gym get tired of me being sloppy at it took maybe 20 mins of his time and work with me on my form. Went from pulling the high 4s to mid 500 for reps just with proper form. Maybe see if you can get some hands on help with your deads man.

I will chime in though I'm not really sure what the end of 2013 looks like fitness wise ..

Id like to drop to 15% , and am working on that now ..
Though think it'll take me quite a few months from now

I'm chasing a 200lb deadlift and would like to see closer to 250 and more by the end of this year (not 1rm but working sets)

Biggest goal this year is to not let life take my health away from me through the year , keep getting stronger , get lean and maintain it , and I would like to be able to do a contest prep an find a stage to stand on ... However this is the one life seems to ding the most

My three main goals for this year...

** Break the 451 raw dealift record for the 130-145lb class
** Get a 1,000+ total
** Defend my title and win my weight class at the Raw Champs again (would be for the third consecutive year). Also would like to get on the podium and better my 4th place overall from last year.

... oh and to look like that would be pretty cool :D

He's a 198lber so you'll have to jump a few weight classes.

Looking to get my back squat back up to 585lbs, pull mid 6's, and bench in the 4's at 275lbs.

Im 207 now @ 5'9". I like a big but defined look. Not "ripped" Some upper abs and strong athletic look. I figure Ill get up to 225-230 for summer!!!!!!! Looking frwd to it. Training is better than ever!

Goals Are Great!!

500 pull/ 400 squat/ 350 bench while weighing 181 lbs. (currently weight 203 (down from 216.8 on new years day); pull 405 3 reps, squat 325 3 reps, and bench 315 3 reps)
22 min 5k
Complete a triathalon (one of those sprints)
Compete in my first power lifting meet

Read 30 books, wear my seat belt more; quit chewing; complete a Certification in anything, start my masters degree.

my goals are simple dont let life and buisness eat all my time.find the time to train like i want to!i asked this question to my wife and she said to see me survive the year lol.she not happy i got 24 acres we are loggin in the evenings and well been alot of close calls in the ice and snow lately lol.by summer would like to drop the bodyfat low enough to look good but not so low i dehydrate too quick.
