This week is kinda screwed up cuz I have a wedding to go to Saturday, so not able to get my normal bench session in. This was actually yesterday and did a modified bench/upper body day. Elbows were still killing me from squats on Monday, so not a lot of work here.

I can't even squat with a squat bar due to elbow pain anymore... I alternate between camber ssb and duffalo. You going to mix up the bars so it doesn't **** up your press?

Throughout the training cycle I typically do. Earlier in the training cycle I was using the ssb a lot more. On my normal DL day i still do some squats with the ssb. Now that it's gotten closer to the meet (Jan 24) on my squat days it'll be all straight bar.

Finished off doing some goblet squats with a kettle bell and a bad pulling me to the right. I've been favoring my left side and putting all my pressure to the right and it's ****ing up my hip/glute on that right side. Trying to retrain my brain to allow more pressure on that left side.

Thanks POB. Me and ECB have always talked about how long it takes guys like lillibridge and malanachiev just to get to their working sets on squats. My DL warm up sets are nothing compared to what those guys go through just to get to their top sets. I can't imagine shit taking longer than it already does lol

Was able to sneak in a bench session Saturday before the wedding. Didn't go as planned, and things were kinda off cuz leading up to that I wasn't planning on benching. But I was at least able to get some work in.

Tough call on the second rep. Might have regained control but better a little help than it wind up in your lap.
