Thanks all especially Wilson and GF.
So is the dose once a week or twice a week? I want to start slow and stay slow. I know the fat loss is nice but I am all for anti inflammatory and some other benefits with the heart and BG.
Going to do the Retra. It probably doesn't matter but what time are you hitting your dose?

Massive try the retatrutide at the lower dose, you won't be disappointed.

Here is the thing. MOST on here have a little more discipline than the average soccer mom who needs this stuff to stop stuffing her fat fucking face with donuts and candy bars while sipping on her 800 calorie Starbucks drink. The .5-1 mg a week is generally all you will need to take the edge off. This is the difference between you looking at some ice cream at night and not going to bed until you eat it and just saying, I could eat it, but I don't need it and going to bed. No fake hunger pains.

If you want to get a little more of the fat loss effects then you can bump it up, but it is not necessary just to put the discipline back in your court.

Here is another thing, don't think because after 3-4 weeks on the .5-1 mg a week you need to step up the dose, because you feel like it is wearing off. What is one thing we know about peptides once you constitute them? They start to degrade over time. You don't need a larger dose, it is just your peptide is getting weaker sitting in the solution. The 2 mg vials would be better than 5 mg. I end up just throwing the 5 mg bottle out after about 3 weeks and starting a new one. I have never had to bump up the dose.
Pretty expensive stuff to throw 2ml in the trash

My personal opinion is peptides are good for at least 30 days after reconstituted. But we'll see. .5 mg a week should last a bit.

Go with twice a week. A micro-dose won't cover a whole week. You could try .25 mg 2x and if you don't get anything out of it, you definitely will out of .5 mg 2x.

Thanks GF . You don't post on pro muscle do you? There is a thread over there on reta. One guy has a natural client on triz and mk677. And he said he has morphed into a freak. No sides to speak of. I am a week 1 into .5 mg eod and 25 mg mk677 on work out days only so the reta is taken on off days.
I feel pretty good. Normally mk677 at that dose blows me up like 50 mg dbol without the liver bp stress but still feel kinda sloppy on it. No issues like that now. I always take Mike Arnold's mk677 which has melatonin in it.
I am almost no bloat in the stomach which when ever I take water creation anabolics gh and or slin at high enough doses hits me in the belly. It's pretty flat now. No real bg issues so maybe the reta helping? I am literally fucking starving! Only difference is that I am eating the same amount but find I feel satisfied very quickly. No nausea.
Slight increase in hr but not much.
Am I going down the right road here?
Probably water loss but my stomach is pretty flat now my abs are very very solid and defined under a thin layer of sub q fat so pleased so far.

Haha. No, I don't post over there. PM is basically like Reddit anymore.

Taking a GLP-1/GIP and MK677 is an interesting combo. Most I know who take MK677 only do it for the increased appetite, as that is all they really got out of it. You are really trying to throw gasoline on the fire while also trying to put it out with a fire extinguisher using the combination.

I suggest twice a week split total dose, seems to limit potential GI sides, if there are any. Usually between 1 - 3 mg/wk is plenty for what everyone here is trying to achieve and limit sides. I've found it lasts about 30 days in the fridge without loss of potency. Be careful how you mix it so it doesn't foam and you should be able to find it for about $11/mg.

I think I mentioned in the other thread that I am down about 20 lbs off of 3 weeks of 1.5 mg ret dosed .5mg 3 x a week on off days. I am flat as a pancake.
Virtually no pumps on the gym. I know a bit of the weight is water but my muscles are getting a pop to them more rounded delts pecs. More vascularity. I am not ripped by any means but my abs are so solid I can run my fingers across and feel the wash board. I am full all the time. I added in 25 mg a day of mk677 . I am starving probably eating 6000 cals a day. Lunch was a huge bowl of pasta and pound of 96% beef with a whole jar of pasta sauce and some lo fat cheese. Very full but starving even after that slammed 34 Oz of water. I took a pop of 20 iu lantus last night after training.
I am being mindful of my water intake because I am full all the time and it's winter. So forcing myself to drink.
I have a monkey wrench or two in all this that may be skewing my results.
Mk677 and 400 mcg Tirosint gel caps T4. I don't have a thyroid so that dose keeps my tsh at 0. It was removed in 2005 I had 2 benign nodules and a goiter and went to one of the top endocrinologist in the country at Duke.
I decided to have it removed as the doc told me as I got older it was a risk it could change to cancer. I had a helluva time converting t4 and they started me at 175 mcg. I ended up snapping my patella tendon slipping on a stair. While in the hospital my tsh was 50.
During my recovery I went from 295 to 260 hair falling out etc. Once I got my thyroid levels in check 3 months later I gained 42 solid pounds. I had been training as I have a full gym in my garage and my younger brother came down to stay with me and loaded and unloaded weights and handed me dbells etc.
I am wondering if my thyroid levels are off again because I found that if I didn't take my synthroid on an empty stomach around 3 to 5 am with 34 Oz of water my levels would be off. It killed me to give up my before bed micellar casein ion whey egg protein shake because of the calcium. I usually go to bed with a cream of rice dish and egg whites. I'd be starving when I got up.
Since starting the reta I am full all night long even though my last meal is at 8 pm and beddy bi time is 10. I go to my endo in 2 weeks to get hormones checked so we shall see if that's impacting it. I stopped my subq Prop last week vs my normal sustsnon stopped 7 weeks agolast and rubbing lifeline TNE dermal on ED. I will drop it a few days before bloodwork.
A few years ago my endo was offered me ozempic and I declined. I am going to visit my local Chinese buffet before the appointment and drink a half gallon of water. That should get me back to 280 at the doc and bmi well above 40.
I am going to give him a sob story of how I am a binge eater and need help.
I swear these drugs are so socially accepted now I see tons of people at work that have lost like 60 lbs.
I am hoping he gives me zepbound as it is approved for weight loss. I am going to ask for the vials vs the pen so I can microdose. He had no problem prescribing me test years ago since my wife is a nurse. That way I get pharm grade on the cheap.

Sorry for the long post couple of physiological changes to note. I feel like I am on speed. Very alert and the other day I wrote 2 validation documents in an hour and a half. Normally it takes me a day or two because of all the distractions. My coworkers flagged me the other day for being a motor mouth at the lunch table replying my you are chatty.
Although the pumps aren't that great but I am getting 3 to 5 reps more and up 20 to 30 pounds on basic lifts. I have to stop myself because I will end up doing 5 to 7 sets more for each body part and end up exceeding my 45 minute max gym time. I told GF my ankles and calves sometimes puff up with water when eating a lot of food increased sodium etc and now on the ret they look like they did when I was doing contests full shapely with veins every where.
I have one of those fitness rings coming to start plotting my heart rate and sleep. Sleep is good but waking up wide awake at 4 an full of energy staring at the ceiling. I may add in low dosed delta 9 gummies back in. Manual measurement of my hr has me at about 65 beats a minute. I used to wear a fit bit and my resting heart rate was 49. Deep sleep had it at 38. So interested to see what it is now.

Hmmm... That does make me wonder if reta is having an impact on your T4 to T3 conversion. You being on such a high dose is a unique situation. It may have been a replacement before, but adding in reta and MK677 could have changed things.
