Already have one of this kicking on another forum, but to mark my return to TID, figured I'd start regularly logging training/diet/physique improvement here as well for some additional community.
Currently working with Joel and his team at TNF for my coaching, and have been doing that since probably March.
A bit about me: I've been training regularly for 20 years and am currently walking around at about 183lbs and pretty darn lean. Joined the Army in my late teens, and started powerlifting in my 20's after I got out. Coaches powerlifters for 5ish years out of my small, private gym in Texas before moving to NYC for work and "retiring" from competitive strength sports.
Training: currently training first thing in the morning 5x a week (would prefer evenings with more food, but my work schedule doesn't allow that). Training focus is on bringing up my pecs, lats and hamstrings as a priority group.
Diet: been cutting since late January (following a long vacation where I got too fat and weak). Was hovering around 196 then, so have been taking it slow and steady and (according to DEXA, maintaining basically all my lean mass).
These were taken a couple of weeks ago to give an idea of where things are physique-wise:
