Back on Plan, now that I have 1, lol.

Legs looked good, hit my timing marks, on plan, pushed the workout, (something badly missing the last 18 months), thus pumped.

Stretch, good, need to do daily, hit the shoulders and upped the tempo and went up dumbell rack, press, side laterals, front laterals.

Traps, again, dumbells up the rack, upped and weights.

During stretch also upped the core on crunches and leg lifts and basic stretches.

Range, 55 minutes.

I tend to work out fast, just me.

Okay, woke up at 2 am, at it at 3.48

Stertch and core a lot better, coming back quick.

Tri's and bi's , went for mind muscle connection, the squeeze, went well.

Back, ehh blahhhh, few sets no zip at all.

45 min legs looked okay

Tomorrow, stretch, and we will see, something.

Yeah go Mavs. They were big underdogs last night and they made it a game.

Lunch is great Jipped, Fridays are best...lets do it!!!

Sleep is lil weird.

Woke up 2 am, hit it at 4 am.....tested cardio strength, basically easy as she goes, not a lot of zip, yet energy was strong and smooth.

Tomorrow, stretch, shoulders n arms....maid work.

Best week in long time want to finish strong.

Damn them Mavs, 58 ft close out shot, lol...


Go Univ, Houston, phi slamma jamma again...
