Not really if he stayed on the wheel left he might of slid right over him his instinct might of been to turn right at the last second to whip around him or at least not Slide right over him.. Not saying that's what happend but there's an argument for everything.
Kid should have never exited vehicle, period!!! Whether they charge or not, find him guilty for some strange reason or not. I do not fault Stewart at all.
