No watermelon I had egg whites, oatmeal, dry ass chicken breasts and microwaved yams with nothing on them... Oh. And broccoli... That was definitely the highlight of my day...
This morning i had a jimmy dean breakfast bowl (ham bacon cheese and egg) with 2 yogurts and a banana, then i had a double cheeseburger i had left over from last night. Some oatmeal with peanut butter, a slice of pizza and now im drinking a weight gain shake Pre workout. AND AFTER im going to beef o bradys for all you can eat wings!, gonna go for a new record.
I got more pussy when i shaved my head.. just sayin
Oh and whats really cool is that i can eat whatever i want when i diet, just instead of eating mcdonalds 2x a day, i just make it once, then ill usually have more shredded abs.
