Running day but still hobbling around on a sore foot, did 100 burpees though. 10x10 30 sec rest between sets.

5x15 sec handstand w/30 sec rest
Will bump to 20 sec/30 rest
Havent been doing these but will be now, aim for 5 days a week. Did one 40 sec hold just to see where I'm at. I was doing 40 sec/20 sec rest x10 and could go 90 sec total. This is all against the wall barely touching for a little balance. I am aiming for 2 minute against wall and 15 second free standing by the end of the year. Plus need to hit 2 press to handstand and 5 headstand pushups. I will start with just doing holds against the wall. Once I'm getting 5 minutes total in less than 10 I will start practicing freestanding again. I really have lost alot on these by not practicing and also gaining 50 pounds. Will be adding in more and more bodyweight stuff as spring comes and training alot outside in the summer, balance training, ring training.

You've gained 50 pounds on this cycle!!!! Holy fuck bro. You talking about 50 since you were 185 or 50 since you started the cycle at 206? Either way, great job bro. Post your stats man, excited to see. Keep it up.

50 since I joined the gym and started trying to get bigger, I joined November 2nd last year, so about 4 months. At first I was just gonna do legs, wanted to get a good squat, I had been just doing bodyweight/gymnastic strength training, but really like lifting, I was up to 260 at one point probably 5 years ago, but alot fatter. I was thinking I was gonna start my cycle at 200, but didn't hit the gym for almost 2 weeks and with Xmas and new years I piled on about 6 pounds of water/fat that I knew I'd drop pretty quick. So I stated I was 206 when I started this cycle but think that 6 pounds were dropped early, since I gained size but not really weight for a couple weeks and I was on an oral kickstart (2 weeks beastdrol/2 weeks d-Bol). I am 230 right now, 12%BF. I will aim for 8-9% later in the summer. I have a highland games in June and won't really diet until after. My goals are to be well rounded and able to compete in just about any sport, from cross country to powerlifting, highland games, a bodybuilding comp or two, a strongman comp hopefully soon. I have a list of goals from a site called eatmoveimprove. Wanna hit level 2 this year, level 3 next year, will be shifting around through different programs to try and bring up my weaknesses. Soon I'll shift into highland games training and adding sprints and plyos. Adding in more bodyweight stuff as it gets into summer and training outside more too. It's gonna be fun and hope to end up a beast. Sadly at this point, I have 16.5" arms, and still look pretty long and lean. I feel strongly that I will be staying on 125mg p/week of test until my next cycle and doing a month of t-Bol up until the games.

I really liked reverse grip row, I think I will do more of them, seem to hit the lats better that regular but less work to the upper back and rear delts, probably alternate them since in do rows every time I work upper body.

I like handstands alot, plus the idea of being huge and still being able to do them really appeals to me, I have seen headstands in bodybuilding routines, but never handstands. A press to handstand would look great onstage!
