50 since I joined the gym and started trying to get bigger, I joined November 2nd last year, so about 4 months. At first I was just gonna do legs, wanted to get a good squat, I had been just doing bodyweight/gymnastic strength training, but really like lifting, I was up to 260 at one point probably 5 years ago, but alot fatter. I was thinking I was gonna start my cycle at 200, but didn't hit the gym for almost 2 weeks and with Xmas and new years I piled on about 6 pounds of water/fat that I knew I'd drop pretty quick. So I stated I was 206 when I started this cycle but think that 6 pounds were dropped early, since I gained size but not really weight for a couple weeks and I was on an oral kickstart (2 weeks beastdrol/2 weeks d-Bol). I am 230 right now, 12%BF. I will aim for 8-9% later in the summer. I have a highland games in June and won't really diet until after. My goals are to be well rounded and able to compete in just about any sport, from cross country to powerlifting, highland games, a bodybuilding comp or two, a strongman comp hopefully soon. I have a list of goals from a site called eatmoveimprove. Wanna hit level 2 this year, level 3 next year, will be shifting around through different programs to try and bring up my weaknesses. Soon I'll shift into highland games training and adding sprints and plyos. Adding in more bodyweight stuff as it gets into summer and training outside more too. It's gonna be fun and hope to end up a beast. Sadly at this point, I have 16.5" arms, and still look pretty long and lean. I feel strongly that I will be staying on 125mg p/week of test until my next cycle and doing a month of t-Bol up until the games.
