Still been squatting 3x a week. Got that 240 10x3 pretty easy, last 3 days were:
Tuesday 5x7 225, friday 7x5 240, Sunday 10x3 255
Will add 10 lbs to all those this week and then an easy week.
I believe my body responds better to volume/frequency as unlike many of the
beasts on here and the fellas I compete with, I have a background in endurance
sports and have generally been long and lean. At 6'2" 235, I look pretty small.
