I do deadlift, bent row, wide grip pullups. I don't do alot of exercises I guess. Chest: incline press or incline db press, triceps: occasionally close grip incline, biceps: nothing in weeks. I like the basics. My workouts are based on the overhead press, squat, deadlift. If I add anything it'll be more sets of those basics. Seems to work good, but really frustrating I'm not getting more pullups. One thing I have considered is that I've added alot of weight to my body and pretty much have the same pullup strength as before, when I weighed 175, I could do 15-20 chins, 10-12 pullups, and 4 or 5 wide grip pullups, which is pretty much exactly where I'm at now, so I guess the muscles are stronger and if I dropped weight I'd be way ahead of my old numbers. I really wanna do sets of 10-12 on wide grip, I'm pretty lean, couldn't be more that about 12% bf, I'm naturally pretty lean and gotta work at being this fat.
