Standing Straight Bar Bicep Curls, superset with 30 lb Reverse Straight Bar Curls, 60/70/80 lbs x 8 reps.
Preacher Curls, 3x10, 50/55/60 lbs.
Brisk walk on the trail by the river, 30 minutes.

Squats, 135x10, 225x8, 315x8 (not to parallel), 225x8, 135x10.
Assisted Squat Machine, 1 pps x 10, 2 pps x 10, 3 pps x 10.
Standing Hamstring Curls, 3x10, 40 lbs, 55 lbs, 55 lbs.
Leg Extensions, 3x10, 90/100/110
Seated Hamstring Curls, 3x10, 90/100/110
30 minutes walking at 3.7-4.0 mph on treadmill, varied inclines.
