Hey brother, just now seeing your log. You made a great decision coming to TID and starting a log here. The support here is like no other, it's one of a kind. There are so many veterans, experience and educated people here that help everyone. It's a family here. The journal section is such a special place. The growth we have in this section is phenomenal. I look forward to following your log and your progress. Really glad you grabbed life by the balls and made the necessary changes to meet your goals. Also, thank you for your service. Plenty of us military vets on here as well. Stick around brother

Wow, what a strong opinion on font. Thanks for that feedback though, if that font was doing anything other than eating dick I might not change it, but now I've got a lot to think about. ;-)

I usually like to train for 90 minutes or even 2 hours but I have to admit lately its been maybe an hour at best.

I've been lapse in my entries, I keep track in a paper and pen journal so this journal is just for sharing purposes but I did workout on the following days...

12/7- Push day
12/8- Pull day
12/9- Leg day
12/10- Push day
12/11- Pull day
12/14- Leg day

Then the Flu went through my household and I didn't do shit but feel bad and take care of my son and wife. But I got back to it today and did the following...

SHOULDER PRESS- 45lbs x30 - 95lbs x10 x5 - 85lbs x10 x7
^superset> PLATE RAISE- 45lbs x15 x15 x15 x15 x10
INCLINE BENCH- 75lbs x30 - 135lbs x10 x10 x10 x5
^superset> PUSH UPS- x10 x10 x10 x10 x5
CLOSE GRIP BENCH- 115lbs x6 x5 x5
^superset> DB FLY- 50lbs x10 x10 x10
REVERSE GRIP BENCH- 95lbs x8 x7 x6 x5
^superset> DB PRESS- 50lbs x10 x10 x10 x10

We also just got a Row machine so I did about 10 minutes both before and after this workout.
