Nothing wrong with front squatting after back squatting. You could also front squat after deadlifting.

So as any of you may or may not have noticed, it's been like 5 days since my last workout. I have no excuses, shit just happens. That being said, to get back into it I figured I'd hit it hard and heavy and just do the big three...

INCLINE BENCH PRESS- 115lbs x15 x15 - 135lbs x10 x10 - 155lbs x7 x7 - 165lbs x5 x5 - 175lbs x5
DEADLIFT- 135lbs x15 x15 - 155lbs x10 x10 - 175lbs x10 x8 - 185lbs x5 x5 - 205lbs x5
BACK SQUAT- 135lbs x10 - 155lbs x10 - 175lbs x5
^superset>FRONT SQUAT- 135lbs x5 - 155lbs x5

I really wanted to squat more but I was way to tired at the end there. I seriously considered not squatting at all but finally pulled some out. I did pyramid sets on all of these with very limited time between sets.

It's suppose to be back and biceps today but my back is tweaked and I neglect my biceps so today was all about 'em.

Holy shit has it really been 16 days since my last post? Geez, I was gonna start by saying I've been missing because of some new "projects" I have going on that have been keeping me busy that doesn't seem to cover it now... Oh well I guess.

I haven't abandoned fitness or anything, in fact the wife and I just invested in some pre-workout (haven't used in years) to help since our workouts have seemingly been more of a struggle lately. Here's my last 3 workouts...
