Back and Arms

Opened a bottle of red wine and had a little before workout. It is freaking wild. How can this be?

Hammer Strength Seated Row Machine..grip is straight out in front of you.

Used lots of different grips...narrow...wide...in between

185 x 20
185 x 15
185 x 12 then about minute and a half rest
185 x 20

185 x 12 these burned great!!!

Stretchers... I really love these. Huge lat pump

85 x 15 little break
100 x 15

Cable Pulldowns

started at 30lbs to pump in some blood and went crazy

Assisted Pullups

+100 x 12
+100 x 8 little break
+100 x 12
+100 x 8 break
+100 x 8 (when i say break I mean longer than the typical one minute.)

Rope Cable Press Downs supersetted with Dumbell Curls

Press Downs 50lbs x 15 Dumbell Curls 30lbs x 12

About 6 sets of those. Reps went down as it moved on.

This was great!!!

Red Wine has a pre-workout. :261: lol

Well, there's a few guys in my gym that seem to like weed before their workout, so I guess alcohol isn't too crazy.

(I just like my beer AFTER my workout)

Anyways, great workout on the arms and back.
