Back in October I had my ear cut off to dig out some cholesteatoma growing in there. I think its from eating to many charges and goose shots (ask and Ill explain) but its not confirmable, anyway it put me down hard for a while. Felt like a no 2 pencil was shoved in my ear. Head surgeries are no joke.

Anyway lets give 531 a whirl, gonna try to put some of my conditioning on here to. Right now 3 strength days, 2 cond days, and 1 recovery day a week.

tues cond - 5x power clean at 135, 25 yd farmer carry w/ 50 each, 50 jump rope, run 400m, 50 jr, 25 yd farmer carry. 5 rounds.
took 34 minutes.

the 100 abs, mostly army situps and twisting movements.

Damn dude, sorry to hear about the ear issue. I'm sure that's been extremely difficult. Glad to see you decided to start a log. I think the 531 is a good program to start on. Hope you stick around and stay active. I'll be following your log.

What plates to put on, i swear i dont use it i passed 7th grade. The black iron beast programming software puts it on there, its just a b to delete it off there.

recovery/cardio day
sled drag with 75 lbs, shooting for 2 miles, then a little stretching

no sleep, sick youngins, they are worth it though.
shit....only 2 days of hunting season left
