Today was a recovery day. Walked around the woods a little, ran the chainsaw a little, tomorrow is a no shit rest day. Then ine more week before i get some new numbers to work with.

Didn't have the speed today, probly because that "no shit" rest day went to shit when my buddy showed up with his bobcat to pull some pine stumps for me, I got back on the chainsaw to cut roots as he dug em out. that shit will; sneak up on you. but I got 4 stumps up in two hours so that was money in the bank.

I tried to get close, the positive was i wasnt sore at all, the negative is my blood pressure skyrocketed. Im looking for the sweet spot now in the diet world.
